Two roof models, hinged, placed in wind stream. Illustrating Bernoulli's Principle: A hand-held compressed air jet sends a stream of air across two roof models. On the rounded roof, the air streams faster over the top, creating a low pressure area, lifting the roof. On the peaked roof, the air is turbulent and there is not much lift. The roof barely rises...
