Rotating Platform for Outreach
• A+30+50
This is a platform that you can stand on while another person rotates you. The participants arms can then be brought in close to the chest and they will speed up or brought outward and they will slow down. Weights can be used to exacerbate the effect. This is mainly for outreach to the community; A+30+15 is superior for classroom demonstration. A bicycle wheel (A+30+60) can also be lent out so that you can impart momentum by handing it to a student then flipping it.
